The Bacaro
An osteria that takes the spirit of the Venetian bacari and brings it to Padua: cicchetti at the counter, wines by the glass, dark wooden tables and warm candlelight. A place you come to feel at home, between traditional dishes and a glass of the good stuff.
The Kitchen
Our menu is traditional Veneto — and Paduan in particular — cooking, with meat, fish and vegetable dishes. We love reviving recipes from the past and rediscovering the flavours of our childhood.
We care about the environment and hate wasting food: everything is prepared fresh daily and the menu changes every week, following the market and the seasons.

Our Ingredients
We choose seasonal produce from our own region: wholesome, genuine and of the highest quality.
We buy from small local producers, favouring short supply chains and zero-kilometre products, respecting farming traditions and celebrating biodiversity. With every supplier we build a personal relationship of trust — that matters to us.
